BABCO Everyday Sourdough
Our hero sourdough! BABCO Everyday Sourdough is the first sourdough we developed and our favourite loaf. This hearth bread has a chewy open crumb and a thin blistered crust. We recommend eating fresh for days 1-2 and eating toasted up to day five.
Storage: Once sliced open, keep in a cool dry area for up to five days. Or alternatively slice and freeze for up to three months.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, spelt flour, rye flour, malted wheat, levain (flour and water), water, salt.
