Spelt, Linseed & Kibbled Wheat Sourdough
BABCO's most popular sourdough. This tinned loaf is packed full of seeds, has a soft, chewy crumb and a thin blistered crust. We recommend eating fresh for days 1-2 and eating toasted up to day five.
Storage: Once sliced open, keep in a cool dry area for up to five days. Or alternatively slice and freeze for up to three months.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, spelt flour, kibbled wheat, linseeds, malted wheat, levain (flour and water), water, salt.
